What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes staffed with a professional crew, equipped with safety gear, fuel, and an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks. Extras vary depending on the charter type — for instance, sunset tours include premium non-alcoholic drinks and small bites, while business charters offer meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
When should I reserve my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks ahead, or even earlier in our peak times, which fall between May and September. For corporate gatherings or personal celebrations, aim for a 4–6 week notice for improved availability and custom preferences.
What are the procedures if the weather is bad?
Your safety is paramount. Should our captain deem the weather as too risky, we will propose a new date or return your payment in full. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will inform you immediately, typically a day before, if the outlook seems dubious.
May I provide my own refreshments?
Certainly, feel free to bring along your own snacks and beverages. We also have a variety of excellent catering options and are happy to tailor menus to suit your taste. Please keep in mind, glass containers are prohibited on board for everyone's safety.
Do you have yachts suitable for guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to serve all of our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with features to aid those with mobility concerns. We encourage you to discuss accessibility needs during your reservation, so we can match you with the most appropriate yacht and arrange any required facilitation.
What's the policy for cancellations?
If you must cancel, doing so at least 72 hours before sailing, we can provide a complete refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. If it's within 24 hours of departure, the fee is non-refundable unless the circumstances involve weather or mechanical complications originating from our side.
