1. Introduction

Welcome to GreenLivingLifestyle ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at greenlivinglifestyle.site (the "Service") operated by GreenLivingLifestyle.

By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Overview

GreenLivingLifestyle offers luxury yacht charter experiences, including but not limited to:

• Daily yacht rentals
• Sunset cruises
• Business functions
• Exclusive celebrations
• Extended voyages

Availability of services is subject to change and dependent on external conditions. Service alterations or cancellations may be made at our discretion at any time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, clients must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Supply complete and accurate personal details
• Make an advance payment as outlined in the reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A charter booking is confirmed only after we receive the necessary payment and send out a written acknowledgment. Booking acceptance is at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are contingent on vessel availability and conducive weather conditions. We strive to meet your requested dates and times within reason.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are presented in € and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to modifications without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost due at the time of booking
• Final Payment: Required 48 hours before the scheduled charter departure
• Incidental Expenses (if applicable): Payable after the charter’s conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Our payment processes are secured and encrypted for your protection.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement less transaction fees
• Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half refund
• Within 24 hours of departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather as unsafe, we will propose to either:

• Reschedule the charter at no extra costs
• Provide a complete refund when rescheduling isn’t feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues occur with the designated vessel, we will try to arrange a comparable substitute. If this is not available, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

• Adhere to all instructions from the crew
• Use safety gear when indicated
• Inform of any medical concerns that could affect their safety
• Stay within the assigned areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are forbidden onboard:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal substances
• Weapons of any kind
• Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
• Pets (unless granted approval beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Travelers must behave respectfully at all times. We maintain the right to end a charter early without reimbursement if a passenger’s actions are deemed unsafe or detract from the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the sum paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries due to a passenger’s own negligence
• The loss or damage of personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Delays brought on by weather or circumstances that are outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our vessels and activities are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. It’s the responsibility of passengers to obtain their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participating in our charter services signifies an understanding that maritime undertakings inherently involve some risk, and you accept the responsibility for your personal safety and risks.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to revise itineraries, course of routes, or timetables based on safety requirements, weather conditions, or other operational needs. Every effort will be made to offer a comparable substitution for any changes.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for any disruptions, adjustments, or cancellations brought about by events outside our reasonable control, such as but not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural calamities
• Regulatory enactments
• Port restrictions
• Unforeseen mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal data as per our Privacy Policy outlines. By utilizing our services, you consent to your data being collected and used as described there.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, such as text, visuals, logos, and imagery, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or derivative work creation is prohibited without our express authorization.

12. Governing Law
